Alcohol Education
There’s a lot of crap we have to do before college starts. One thing I have to is take an online alcohol education class.
Let me state this now: an alcohol education class is totally reasonable for incoming freshman. A lot of students starting college, I’m sure, are overwhelmed at the freedom. So having a class that discusses safe alcohol use is important.
This class was absurd.

Columbia Attending Students Summer Advising...
Ok, so I went to the Columbia Summer Advising Session for admitted students tonight…BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME. We proceeded to go through every requirement in The Core, IN FULL DETAIL. Why can’t these children go and do a little research?

Unless I want to be in like, baby math, I’m going to have to study to pass my Calculus placement exam. And of course, my calc AB is no help to me, since I’m in the engineering school and they only take calc BC credits.
Speaking of, AP scores come out next week. So the big question is, who remembers their AP number?
Preregistration for Freshman Classes
Okay. What the f***? I thought I had summer to chill and not have to worry.
Apparently my early registration for classes begins on the 29th of June, and oh yeah I have no idea what I’m doing. Also, I was probably assigned an advisor, via snail-mail. Good thing I’m not at my LA house and won’t be until mid-July. TOO MUCH STRESS FOR SUMMER…

I’m amped for this blog! So I might not exactly be in a new city, since I’m going to UCLA. But moving from the valley to the west side is big enough for me. Plus, there’s so much to this city that I have yet to explore.
But summer has just begun, and I can’t wait to spend it with you guys!
